Cometic Gasket to
Continue it’s Support of the CRA Super Series
Salem, IN (February 3, 2010) –
CRA Super Series officials announced today that Cometic Gasket would
continue it’s support of the CRA Super Series for the upcoming 2010
race season. Cometic Gasket will once again be the Official Gasket of
the CRA Super Series for the 2010 season and will be involved in
several programs supporting the series racers through out the season.
Cometic Gasket has been a valued supporter of the CRA Super Series for
several seasons.

Cometic Gasket will be involved as a
Product Contingency sponsor at each series event during the 2010
season. Cometic Gasket will award a $50 Product Certificate to the 8th
place finisher at every CRA Super Series event. In addition, Cometic
Gasket will award the highest finishing registered Rookie of the Year
contender at each event with a $25 Product Certificate. At the 2010
Champion Racing Association Awards Banquet, Cometic Gasket will award
a $200 Product Certificate to the 8th place finisher in
final series points, a $200 Product Certificate to the 2010 CRA Super
Series Rookie Of The Year, and a $200 Product Certificate that will be
given away by random draw of the top 15 in final 2010 CRA Super Series
points.
Cometic Gasket will also support the
series with year-end cash award bonuses again in 2010. Cometic Gasket
will award a $500 Season Hardcharger Award bonus to the driver in the
top 15 in series points who advances the most positions during the
2010 season. Cometic Gasket will award the runner-up in 2010 CRA Super
Series Rookie Of The Year points with a $300 cash bonus. Cometic
Gasket will also award a $300 Cometic Gasket Hard Luck Award bonus to
the driver in the top 15 in final series points with the most DNF’s
during the 2010 season.
At the 2009 CRA Awards Banquet this
past January, Brandon Fagin was awarded the Cometic Gasket 2009 Season
Hardcharger Award bonus for advancing the most positions during the
2009 season. Nick Lay received the Cometic Gasket Rookie Runner-Up
Award for finishing second in 2009 Rookie of the Year Points to Tyler
Roahrig. Kenny Tweedy with Ken Muller’s Muller Motorsports team and
Damon Ecoff split the Cometic Gasket Hard Luck Award for the most
DNF’s in the top 15 in final points during the 2009 season.
