Salem, IN (May 31, 2009) – Champion Racing Association and Anderson Speedway have announced that the CRA Street Stock event that was originally scheduled on Saturday, May 30^th has been rescheduled for Saturday, August 8^th. Severe weather moved through the Anderson Speedway area Saturday night forcing the cancellation of the CRA Street Stock event.

The event will be a complete make-up including practice, qualifying and a 75 lap feature. The Howe CRA Late Model Sportsman Series will also be in action that night at Anderson Speedway. Competitors that attended Saturday night’s event can turn in their pit bands at any event during the 2009 season at Anderson Speedway and will get the value of that pit band off the cost of that event’s pit band.

The CRA Street Stocks next event will be on Saturday, June 13^th at Mt. Lawn Speedway. The next event for the CRA Street Stocks at Anderson Speedway will be the Street Stock 300 on Saturday, June 27^th that will pay the winner $5000.
